Dear Bill,

I just wanted to comment on your serviceman, Steve. He was the most knowledgeable and courteous person! I could have been pushing random buttons to no end. I told Steve right there that alone he deserves a bonus!

He took care of our needs in a professional manner and helped me with calling the phone company, switched two phones around and made sure they were in working order and showed me how to program #s into speed dialing. Steve was most patient working with us in this venture. That, along with assisting my boss with phones ringing, Steve proved to be understanding and cooperative and not rushed.
